Loans/Productions functionality in Calm - the User search option in the Loans menu does not allow searching by User_Name field (the user’s actual name) but only on the User Record_ID field (the long ID in the user record).
You can copy the User Record_ID from the user record, but it’s a bit inconvenient to have to do this.
Could User_Name field searching be enabled in Loans/Productions?
