At present, the ‘add to basket’ link in CALMView appears against all records, so customers can add everything to their document ordering basket. They then get to the point at which they submit their order, and they need to tick which records they actually want to see. The little tick box doesn’t appear next to collections/sections, stopping them actually being ordered. It would be preferable, and more customer friendly, if items which could not be ordered could not be added to an order basket. Giving the impression to customers that they can order eg collections leads to frustration later in the process and complaints about the system to staff.
