It should be possible to work in the Admin module whilst users are using the database
It should be possible to do A GREAT DEAL MORE via the Admin module whilst users are logged in and using the database. The change may not be picked up till they log out and log back in again to CALM but as Admin I can’t do everything on the system after hours or with the DScribe service stopped Even simple things like adding a term to a pick list has to be done out of hours.

I agree this functionality needs to be implemented. But how would it work if CalmView is synched live as a user to Calm? It would still need ICT intervention to stop the CalmView service and then re-start. Can there not be change to the architecture to get around this - not being able to implement administrator changes to the live Calm service is painful.
