It's really hard to remember that you need to do SHIFT and ENTER to put a new line into the text of a call you are trying to log in Hornbill or if you are adding comments to an existing call. I have sent so many incomplete and incomprensible messages because I have been trying to edit the text of the message and have hit enter to try to space out the text and tidy it up. I am almost at the stage of needing to write out my call and then paste it into the dialogue box. This is a frustrating tool to use for us and probably for you to decipher the nonsense messages as well.
